看到外國廣告或文章，時常出現這個片語「word of mouth」，這是什麼意思呢？
正確答案：「口耳相傳」、「口碑」的意思。
大致上分兩種用法:
1) 作片語時，大多連接by，by word of mouth，應語意也會連接through。
2) 作形容詞時，則需拼寫成word-of-mouth，用法同一般形容詞。
